Roseann Ave. Phase III Funded

NORTH CAPE MAY – A Lower Township ordinance to authorize funding for Phase III of the Roseann Avenue flood mitigation project was approved Sept. 5 for $3.9 million following the second reading and public hearing. The state Department of Environmental Protection has issued permits to begin the actual work to de-water the area, and to construct the pump house that will move the filtered stormwater from Roseann Avenue into Cox Hall.
