Roseann Ave. Bids Rejected

NORTH CAPE MAY – All bids submitted for the completion of the long-awaited Roseann Avenue flood mitigation project were rejected. Lower Township Administrator James Ridgway explained that all bids received for the $5-million project to alleviate flooding in the neighborhood came in about $2 million over the budget estimated by engineers. Bid requests will be reissued shortly.
