VILLAS – Lower Township Councilman Thomas Conrad predicts road closures and some inconvenience for motorists and shoppers in the vicinity of Villas Wawa food market at Fulling Mill and Bayshore roads. A long-envisioned roadway repair project is beginning at this busy location and immediate area that will improve access and traffic flow but will result in detours and closures that will change patterns for two-week segments of the six-week overall project. Conrad made clear that all retail establishments will remain open during the reconstruction project.
