COURT HOUSE – During Middle Township Committee’s March 5 work session, Committee member Timothy Donohue spoke of the expense and time associated with necessary ventilation upgrades for the snack bar at the Goshen Sports Complex.
In order to get the snack bar up and running for the start of baseball season, Donohue suggested instead that the township reduce the menu to the basics of hot dogs, nachos, and similar offerings that can be accommodated with simpler cooking equipment without producing the level of heat that made ventilation a problem.
“It wouldn’t be what it was,” Donohue said, but “we would have something ready.”
