CREST HAVEN – The Coalition of Civic Associations of Cape May County (COCA) will meet March 5 at 2 p.m. in the Intermediate Room of the County Administration Building, 4 Moore Road.
Freeholder Director Gerald Thornton will be guest speaker and will discuss the State of the County.
