SWAINTON — The Cape May County Public Safety Memorial, corner of Route 9 and Crest Haven Road, is a tribute to police, fire and emergency medical services personnel who gave their lives in the line of duty.
At this time of year, the corner offers a profusion of floral colors that attract butterflies and bees.
Bricks, inscribed with names of the fallen, are located within the garden.
A sundial, at the garden’s center, tells the hour on Eastern Standard Time.
