STONE HARBOR – The construction of a Public Safety Building moved closer to realization at the Borough Council meeting Nov. 7. Council voted an additional $500,000 for the proposed complex. This will bring the bond amount for the structure to $3.97-million. The design calls for the building to be connected to the existing police station. Once construction is complete, the department will utilize both the new structure and parts of the existing building.
