WILDWOOD – City commissioners acknowledged the state’s cancelation of the liquor license of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Cpl. Edwin M. Langley Post 3509 due to the violation of its charter as specified in by-laws. City Solicitor Mary Bittner explained that the commissioners’ revocation of the post’s liquor license finishes what the state VFW Commander in Chief Keith Harman ordered. The license cannot be purchased by another entity.
