ERMA — From Friday, July 23 through Sunday, July 25, the Lower Township Police Department responded to multiple traffic related incidents throughout Lower Township to include the following;
Friday, July 23: at 01:10 hours, Driving While Intoxicated arrest on State Highway Route 109.
Friday, July 23, at 08:40 hours, two car motor vehicle accident at Seashore and Academy Roads, no injuries.
Saturday, July 24, at 03:00 hours, Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Accident at Schooner Island Marina. Vehicle struck a parked vehicle then fled the scene.
Saturday, July 24, at 09:54 hours, reported Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Accident, where a vehicle struck a parked vehicle then fled the scene. The accident occurred at Atlantic and Memphis Avenues in Diamond Beach.
Saturday, July 24, at 10:42 hours, a three (3) car Motor Vehicle Accident reported on the Route 109 Bridge with no injuries, one (1) summons issued.
Saturday, July 24, at 13:17 hours, a three (3) car Motor vehicle Accident was reported at Bayshore Road and Tennessee Avenue, no injuries.
Saturday, July 24, at 17:10 hours, two (2) car Motor Vehicle Accident reported at Villas WaWa Parking Lot, with no injuries.
Sunday, July 25, at 12:26 hours, two (2) car Motor Vehicle Accident reported a Bayshore and Wildwood Avenues, no injuries.
Sunday, July 25, at 12:29 hours, two (2) car Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries reported, at Route 109 and the Garden State Parkway. The accident in under investigation.
Sunday, July 25, at 12:39 hours, a two (2) car Motor Vehicle accident reported at the Garden State Parkway at Exit “0”, no injuries.
Sunday, July 25, at 15:38 hours, reported Motor Vehicle struck a Bicyclist with minor injuries. Accident occurred at Sunset Boulevard and Stevens Street.
