Middle Township Police have located Edward Burke, in Atlantic City, where he was awaiting a NJ Transit bus to return home to his residence in Rio Grande.
It was reported to police by Burke’s family members that he had contacted them via telephone, but was not providing them with his whereabouts. The family then contacted the police department and Ptlm. Larkin went to the residence and spoke with Burke
directly via telephone. Burke then disclosed to Ptlm. Larkin his exact whereabouts within Atlantic City. Detective Ken Martin, of the Department’s Major Crimes Unit then went to Atlantic City, where he met with Burke and transported him safely back to his family in Rio Grande.
