WOODBINE – At its regular meeting, Woodbine Borough Council selected Eduardo Ortiz by unanimous vote to serve as council president. Mayor William Pikolycky made some appointments to the Planning Board as follows: Mayor’s designee, Council member David Bennett, additional appointed members are Jeff Doran, Michael Gaines, and Lee Watson. Pikolycky also designated Louis Ciabatoni as senior deputy emergency management coordinator.
