OCEAN CITY — Ocean City Police Department released its arrest report for Oct. 9-Oct. 18. It is as follows:
Oct. 9:
Nikko Sese, age 19, of Ocean City was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from this jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Pat Walsh and Ptl. Andy Huffard of Squad 1.
Joan Oyola, age 30, of New Castle, Del., was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Pat Walsh and Ptl. Andy Huffard of Squad I.
Joe Borneo, age 30, of Ocean City was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were Ptl. Nancy Wisham and Ptl. John Vogt of Squad 3.
Jeff Hoffman. age 46, of Ocean City was arrested for Shoplifting and an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead (Squad 3) and Ptl. John Vogt (K-9).
James Eberlee. age 37, of Ocean City was arrested for Shoplifting, Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle. The arresting officers were Ptl. John Vogt (K-9) and Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead of Squad 3.
Oct. 10: Katherine McCann, age 20, of Sea Isle City was arrested for driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were Ptl. Jeff Doto and Ptl. Nancy Wisham of Squad 3.
Donald Brown, age 24. of Pitman was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Karl Ruf and Ptl. Chris Vivarelli of Squad 1.

Oct. 14:Baldomero Garcia-Alvarez, age 24, of Ocean City was arrested for Theft. Conspiracy and Possession of Burglar Tools. The arresting officers were Ptl. Karl Ruf and Ptl. Keith Johnson of Squad 1.
Carlos Garcia-Alvarez, age 31, of Ocean City was arrested for Theft. Conspiracy and Possession of Burglar Tools. The arresting officers were Ptl. Karl Ruf and Ptl. Keith Johnson of Squad 1.
Oct. 15: Hector Ruiz, age 49, of Pleasantville was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were Ptl. Bill Lick and Sgt. Dan Dubbs of Squad 2,
Sept. 25:Kevin Cunane, age 25, of Seaville was arrested for Theft and Possession of CDS. The arresting officers were Pt!. Karl Ruf (squad 1) and Det. Steve Sullivan.
