OCEAN CITY — Ocean City Police released the weekly incident report for the week of Oct. 30–Nov. 5. Police responded to 681 calls for service, a daily average of 97.
Sun., Oct. 30:
Calls for service: 94
Motor Vehicle Stops: 33 Motor Vehicle Accidents: 0 Property Checks: 19 Alarms: 7
• The Police Department assisted with 8 Fire and 9 EMS calls
• Theft investigation, 900 block Wesley Ave., at 10:12 a.m.
• Warrant service, 900 block Bay Ave., one in custody, at 10:49 a.m.
• Criminal mischief investigation, 400 block Asbury Ave., at 11:01 a.m.
• Verbal dispute investigation, 900 block West Ave., at 3:39 p.m.
• Shoplifting investigation, 1200 block West Ave., one in custody, at 6:59 p.m.
• Fight investigation, 200 block 9th St., at 7:43 p.m.

• Just a reminder that it is a violation of a City Ordinance to have dogs on the boardwalk anytime during the year.
• When driving on Route 52 please remain alert for sudden stops due to ongoing construction.
