OCEAN CITY – During the week of Feb. 9 – Feb. 15, the Ocean City Police Department responded to 525 calls for service.

-The Police Department assisted with 3 Fire and 1 EMS calls
-Assault, 600 block Boardwalk, at 7:11am
-Theft, 1700 block Asbury Ave., at 8:08am
-Warrant, 600 block Asbury Ave., one in custody, at 10:02am
-Theft, 1900 block Asbury Ave., at 10:21am
-Theft, 2200 block Asbury Ave., at 1:53pm
-Burglary, 1800 block Central Ave., at7:12pm

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS:
-Just a reminder that it is a violation of a City Ordinance to have dogs on the boardwalk anytime during the year.
-City Ordinance 87-17sec.4-32 prohibits any Boat/Trailer over 22 feet in overall length from being parked on a city street.
Any boat/trailer less than 22 feet in overall length can only remain on a city street for three consecutive days. Officers will be issuing summons and towing boats/trailers for any observed violations.
