OCEAN CITY – The Ocean City Police Department reported their activities for the week of April 8, 2012 – April 14, 2012. Police responded to 577 calls for service, a daily average of 82.
Sun., April 8, 2012:
Calls for service: 94
Motor Vehicle Stops: 15 Motor Vehicle Accidents: 0 Property Checks: 21 Alarms: 5
-The Police Department assisted with 9 Fire and 5 EMS calls
-Criminal mischief investigation, 2800 block Central Ave., at 6:56 a.m.
-Theft investigation, 200 block Asbury Ave., at 4:02 p.m.
-Burglary investigation, 600 block Simpson Ave., at 4:28 p.m.
-Burglary investigation, 600 block Wesley Ave., at 4:48 p.m.
-Harassment investigation, 600 block Wesley Ave., at 7:07 p.m.
Mon., April 9, 2012:
Calls for service: 81
