Ocean City Police Post Weekly Arrests

OCEAN CITY — Ocean City Police Department reported the following arrests from Monday, Dec. 15 5o Sunday, Dec. 21, 2008:
On Monday, Dec. 15: Joseph S. Gaudio, 53, of Little Egg Harbor for driving while intoxicated. Arresting officers were Sgt. Mike Gray and Sgt. Fred Alford.
On Wednesday, Dec. 17: Danielle C. Davis, 26, of Ocea City, for an active warrant, contempt of court, from this city. Arresting officers were Patrolman Mike Gray and Patrolman Jim Sampson.
On Friday, Dec. 19: Dennis P. Neill, 28, of this city, for active warrants, contempt of court, from another jurisdiction. Arresting officers were Patrolman Anthony Fearnhead and Patrolman Craig Wilson.
Brian J. Zirbser, 30, of this city, for active warrants, contempt of court out of multiple jurisdictions. Arresting officers were Patrolman Pat Walsh and Patrolman Karl Ruf.
James E. Higgins, 22, of this city, for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Arresting officers were Sgt. Brian Trostle and Patrolman Tom Finnegan.
On Saturday, Dec. 20: Charles S. Baker, 20, of this city, for an active warrant, contempt of court, out of another jurisdiction. Arresting officers were Patrolman Bob Koob and Patrolman Matt Schaffer.
On Sunday, Dec. 21: Gary D. Young, 43, of Carney’s Point, for an active warrant, contempt of court, from another jurisdiction. Arresting officers were Patrolman Bob Koob and Sgt. Brian Trostle.
Alexander T. Pasternak, 20 of Upper Township, for an active warrant, contempt of court, out of Ocean City. Arresting officers was Patrolman Anthony Fearnhead.
Patricia A. Donahue, 41, of this city, for an active warrant, contempt of court from Ocean City. Arresting officers was Patrolman Karl Ruf.
