Ocean City Police Make Numerous Arrests

OCEAN CITY POLICE RELEASE:
OCEAN CITY — During the week of Sept. 7 – 13, Ocean City police made the following arrests.
On 9/7/09, Brian D. Garbutt, age 22, of Ocean City was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr). The arresting officers were Ptl. Porreca and Sgt. John Mazzuca.
On 9/8/09, Chris Coladonato, age 23, of Downingtown, Pa., was arrested for Burglary and Theft. The arresting officer was Det. Steve Sullivan.
On 9/8/09, Matthew W. Dietrich, age 40, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested for Hindering Apprehension and an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Sgt. John Mazzuca and Ptl. Joe Martella.
On 9/8/09, Kevin L. Powell, age 34, of Miliville was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Karl Ruf.
On 9/8/09, James Beck, age 28, of Villas was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were PtI. Anthony Fearnhead and Ptl. Chris Neilson.
On 9/9/09, Richard S. Johnson, age 45, of Pleasantville was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead.
On 9/10/09, Rachel Cornelius, age 19, of Fleming, Ohio was arrested for Shoplifting. The arresting officer was PtI. Pat Walsh.
On 9/11/09, Mark W. Burkett, age 25, of Ocean City was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (over 50 gr), Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS and Possession of CDS in a School Zone. The arresting officers were Ptl. Brendan Gheen and Ptl. Mike Gray.
On 9/12/09, Khalid Bassou, age 40, of Ocean City was arrested on an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Jeff Doto and Sgt. Brian Trostle.
On 9/13/09, Chris Daisey, age 28, of Northfield was arrested for active warrants (Contempt of Court) from multiple jurisdictions. The arresting officers were Ptl. Bob Koob and Ptl. Matt Schaffer.
On 9/12/09, Gary Gregory (age 25/Ocean City), Richard Leadbetter (age 18/Ocean City), Russell McGraw (age 20/Ocean City), Samuel Moran (age I 8/Marmora), Jason Bretz (age 33/Ocean City) and Pat Olsson (age 18/Ocean
City) were arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 gr) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officer was PtI. Bob Koob.
On 8/25/09, Kemuel J. Vegas (age 20/Phila., Pa.) and Rafael Alocillo (age 20/Phila., Pa.) were arrested for Conspiracy. The arresting officer was Det. Steve Sullivan.
On 8/25/09, Pascual J. Suarez, age 22, of Philadelphia, Pa., was arrested for Obstructing the Administration of Law, Aggravated Assault and Conspiracy. The arresting officer was Det. Steve Sullivan.
