Ocean City Police Make Arrests

OCEAN CITY POLICE RELEASE:
OCEAN CITY — During the week of July 27 through Aug. 2, Ocean City police made the following arrests.
On 7/27/09, Colby R. Abbasoia, age 18, of Shrewsbury, Pa., was arrested for Obstructing the Administration of Law, Possession of Marijuana (under 5Ogr) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were PtI. Tom Burnette
and Ptl. Bob Reichanek.
On 7/27/09, Matthew D’Urso, age 18, of Shrewsbury, Pa., was arrested for Obstructing the Administration of Law and Criminal Mischief. The arresting officers were Ptl. Tom Burnette and Ptl. Bob Reichanek.
On 7/28/09, Mark Eberle, age 22, of Wenonah was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officer was Ptl. Jim Friedrich.
On 7/28/09, Dianne Smitheman, age 51, of Cape May was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were Ptl. Chris Vivarelli and Sgt. Tim Williams.
On 7/28/09, Tyler Dougherty, age 19, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were Ptl. Keith Johnson and Ptl. Bob Ford.
On 7/30/09, Marquis Mayhue, age 21, of Indianapolis, Indiana was arrested an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Sgt. Brian Hopely and PtI. Pat Walsh.
On 7/30/09, Dominque Hill, age 20, of Brunswick, GA., was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Pat Walsh and Ptl. Joe Griffiths.
On 7/30/09, Jamie Delucca, age 33, of Tuckerton was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officers were Ptl. Mike Kenny and Ptl. Brendan Gheen.
On 7/31/09, Eric Sabo, age 29, of Clayton was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. The arresting officers were Det. Dan Lancaster and Dot Steve Sullivan
On 7131/09, Kenneth Maderia, age 28, of Runnemede was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 5Ogr). The arresting officers were Det. Steve Sullivan rid Det. Dan Lancaster.
On 8/1/09, Rustamzho Mamakaziyev, age 22, of Clementon was arrested for Driving While intoxicated. The arresting officers were Ptl. Karl Ruf and Ptl. Keith Johnson.
On 7/31/09, Brad Cocking, age 25, of Margate was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officers were John Porreca and Ptl. Chris Vivarelli.
On 8/1/09, Brett Cooper, age 32, of Moorestown was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property. The arresting officer were PtI. Bob Koob and Ptl. Chris Nielson.
On 8/1/09, Jeffrey Riess, age 27, of Berlin was arrested for Obstructing the Administration of Law, Disorderly Conduct and an active warrant (Contempt of Court). The arresting officers were Ptl. Anthony Fearnhead and Sgt. Brian Trostle.
On 8/2/09, Brett Cooper, age 32, of Moorestown was arrested for Theft of Services and Theft by Deception. The arresting officers were Sgt. Brian Trostle and Ptl. Bob Koob.
On 8/2/09, Creighton Knowles, age 48, of Ocean City was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from this jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Bob Koob and Ptl. Chris Nielson.
On 8/2/09, Jonathan Moore, age 22, of Churchville, Pa., was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction of the Administration of Law. The arresting officers were Ptl. Ford and Ptl. Grow.
On 8/2/09, RObert Dougherty, age 32, of Ocean City was arrested for active warrants (Contempt of Court) from multiple jurisdictions. The arresting officers were PtI. Matt Schaffer and Ptl. Jeremy Ruchlin.
On 8/2/09, Heidi Kelly, age 41, of Ocean City was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from this jurisdiction. The arresting officers were Ptl. Jeff Doto and Ptl. Craig Wilson.
