Ocean City Police Make 11 Arrests

OCEAN CITY — During the week of Aug. 23-30, Ocean City police made the following arrests:
On 8/23/09, Dominic Raynes, age 30, of Gibbstown was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. The arresting officers were Ptl. Pat Walsh and Ptl. Eric Plavchak.
On 8/25/09, Jonathan P. Monroe-Jefferies, age 20, Hatfield, Pa., was arrested for Obstructing the Administration of Law. The arresting officers were PtI. Mike Tabor and James Friedrich.
On 8/25/09, Jeremy W. Poole, age 36, of Atlantic City was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Bob Reichanek.
On 8/25/09, John R. Sellers, age 33, of Ocean City was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was PtI. Chris Vivarelli and Sgt. John Mazzuca.
On 8/25/09, James Donaldson, age 42, Of Collingdale, Pa., was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The arresting officer was Ptl. Chris Vivarelli.
On 8/25/09, Matt B. Sharpler, age 19, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. The arresting officers were Ptl. Bob Reichanek and PtL David Ross.
On 8/27/09, Richard Simmons, age 50, of Harvey Cedars was arrested for Hindering Apprehension and active warrants (Contempt of Court) from other jurisdictions. The arresting officer was PtI. James Sampson.
On 8/28/09, Jay M. Belson, age 51, of Sherman Oaks, Ca., was arrested for Hindering Apprehension and an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Ptl. Pat Walsh.
On 8/28/09, Jeremiah S. Zahner, age 22, of Drexel Hill, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were PtI. Anthony Fearnhead and Ptl. Chris Neilson.
On 8/28/09, Joshua Zahner, age 18, of Drexel Hill, Pa., was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officers were PtI. Anthony Fearnhead and Ptl. Chris Neilson.
On 8/29/09, Laque Lee, age 31, of Ocean City was arrested for an active warrant (Contempt of Court) from another jurisdiction. The arresting officer was Pt!. Karl Ruf.
