NORTH WILDWOOD – With the unofficial start of the summer happening Memorial Day Weekend, May 26-28, North Wildwood Police Department will assign additional officers to the beach, taking a proactive approach enforcing underage drinking and disorderly conduct. Convictions for underage possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages carry a penalty of not less than $500, and possible driver’s license suspension.
