North Wildwood Police Charge Man with Drug Offenses

NORTH WILDWOOD — Members of the North Wildwood Police Department Detective Bureau and the Cape May County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Unit executed a search warrant at a residence located in the 100 East block of Second Avenue, April 28.
The search warrant resulted in the seizure of marijuana packaged for distribution.
Police also seized cocaine and drug paraphernalia from the residence.
Joseph Michael Hanners, 21, was arrested at his residence and charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hanners was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of $2,500 bail set by North Wildwood Municipal Judge Louis Belasco.
