No Construction Before 8 a.m.

By Camille Sailer

SEA ISLE CITY – At the Sea Isle City Council meeting July 23, two ordinances were introduced which would amend and revise a host of city codes.
Among the proposals: larger dumpsters would be authorized for construction sites. Additionally, the start time for construction work, in season, would be changed from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Other changes to building and housing codes include a small increase in the construction fee schedule, a zoning review fee and an additional fee which would be dedicated for flood mitigation.
