New Policeman’s Benevolent Association Local 401 Created

COURT HOUSE — The investigative staff of the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office proudly announce the creation of a new local of the New Jersey Policeman’s Benevolent Association (PBA). Cape May County PBA Local 401 is now the new bargaining unit of the Prosecutor’s Office and will represent both staff members and supervisors.
The goal of Local 401 will be to continue to provide bargaining assistance to the staff of the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office in addition to continuing to represent the Policeman’s Benevolent Association both within the Prosecutor’s Office and Cape May County at large.
Detective Joseph Berg is the current President and State Delegate of Local 401 and any questions or comments regarding the local, including community activities, can be forwarded to pbalocal401@gmail.com.
