TRENTON – New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) customers are advised that all MVC facilities, including agencies, driver testing sites and inspection stations, will be closed in recognition of Good Friday April 3, 2015. All MVC facilities will be open for regular operating hours April 4.
Regular MVC Agency hours are:

8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday
8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday
8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday
8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday
8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Regular Inspection Station hours are:
Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday
7:00 a.m. to Noon
As always, customers can avoid unnecessary trips to an agency when they “Skip the Trip” for driver’s license renewals or through 24-7 access to a variety of motor vehicle services via the Web. From vehicle registration renewals and driver abstract requests to surcharge/restoration payments, www.njmvc.gov provides the added convenience of transactions from home.
