COURT HOUSE — To provide more convenient services to the residents, the Vital Statistics office is relocating to Township Hall on Mon., Oct. 4. The move is made possible because of additional office space in the recently purchased adjacent Fire House.
“This is a good change. It provides our residents much more convenient access to this essential township service. Now that we have moved the Construction Office and Zoning Office over to the Fire House, next door, we have ample space in the Town Hall Building to move this service. The existing location at the Public Works Building has proven to be inconvenient to may individuals, especially those who rely on public transportation”, stated Mayor Susan DeLanzo.
The Vital Statistics Office will be closed on Fri., Oct. 1 in order to pack up for the move.
The new location is 33 Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House, 1st Floor where the previous Zoning Office was located. Bonnie Millard is the Township Registrar and her office hours will be: Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Her phone number is (609) 465-8722. The services provided by this office will remain the same. Citizens are asked to please contact Bonnie directly if there are any questions.
