COURT HOUSE On Thurs., APRIL 14, at approximately 1:35 p.m., police received a call of a fire in a bathroom at the Middle Township Middle School.
The fire was extinguished by a custodian who was in the immediate area with a fire extinguisher.
The school was immediately evacuated as the fire alarm sounded.
The Middle Township Police Department Detective Division along with the Cape May County Fire Marshal’s Office and the Cape May Court House Fire Department continue to investigate the small fire that was started in a boys bathroom.
