COURT HOUSE — The following are the arrests made by the Middle Township Police Department from Aug. 5, 2013 through Aug. 11, 2013.

Aug. 6, 2013:
James E. Innis (53) Rio Grande, NJ – Warrant
Aug. 7, 2013:
Franklin M. Cianchetta (28) Green Creek, NJ – Warrant & Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe
Robert G. Kassinger (24) Cape May Court House, NJ – Warrant
Lacey S. Beasley (22) Cape May Court House, NJ – Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe
Janine M. Diamond (30) Villas, NJ – Warrant & Shoplifting
Aug. 9, 2013:
Adam J. Skill (26) Rio Grande, NJ – Warrant & Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe
Kendall C. Aguirre III (30) Wildwood, NJ – Warrant & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Eugene Kelly (48) Collingdale, PA – DWI
Aug. 10, 2013:
Michael A. Bucolo (34) Wildwood, NJ – DWI
Michael H. Harpel (28) Millville, NJ – Possession of CDS
Vincent D. Wright (30) Rio Grande, NJ – Warrant
Aug. 11, 2013:
Heather L. Yerk (34) Rio Grande, NJ – DWI
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
