Middle Police Arrest Two for Receiving Stolen Property

COURT HOUSE — On Mon. Oct. 25th, the Middle Township Police executed a court authorized search warrant on a residence on West Main Street in the Whitesboro section of Middle Township in reference to the recent burglaries that have been reported over the past two months.
As a result, Lynell Matthews, 21, and James Bellamy, 27 from Whitesboro, were both arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
Both individuals were lodged in the Cape May County Correction Facility. James Bellamy’s bail was set at $100,000 /10% and Lynell Matthew’s bail was set at $25,000 full cash bail.
The investigation is on-going and additional charges are pending.
