COURT HOUSE — On Aug. 6 at 10:46 Middle Police responded to James Street in Whitesboro, for a disorderly conduct call.
Upon arrival officers encountered Devante Harris, who after a warrant check revealed he was a wanted person.
In Harris’ possession was 15 individually wrapped bags of suspected marijuana.
Harris was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, and drug paraphernalia.
Harris was placed in county jail in lieu of $75,000 cash bail. This case is being investigated by Ptl. Leonard Larkin.
