Caitlyn Young, 23, North Cape May, NJ – Contempt Of Court
Oct. 8:
John Zagiel III, 26, North Cape May, NJ – Contempt
Oct. 9:
Jackson Beard, 32, Villas, NJ – Possession of Child Pornography
Mitchell Beard, 32, Villas, NJ – Distribution of Child Pornography
Robin Rayer, 36, Villas, NJ – Contempt of Court
Richard Plummer, 33, Villas, NJ – Simple Assault
Oct. 10:
Richard Parcell, 33, Villas, NJ – Criminal Trespass
Patrick Rosenkrans, 24, Villas, NJ – Contempt of Court
Oct. 11:
Elizabeth Feyas, 31, North Cape May, NJ – Aggravated Assault – Police Officer
Oct. 12:
George Edward Small-Rambo, 28, Villas, NJ – Contempt Of Court
Matthew Viall, 31, Cape May, NJ – Driving While Under the Influence
Oct. 13:
Kristin Bongard, 32, Villas, NJ – Contempt Of Court
Scott Price, 42, Villas, NJ – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Additionally, two juveniles were arrested; one for burglary, criminal mischief, and theft and the other for possession of drug paraphernalia.
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
