April 20:
Bryan E. Leonard (35), North Cape May, NJ – Contempt of Court
April 22:
Leon J. Garafolo (26), Avalon, NJ – Contempt of Court
April 23:
Brandon S. Pfaff (23), Cape May, NJ – Contempt of Court
William L. Tester (48), North Cape May – Contempt by Violating Domestic Rights Act
April 24:
Grant E. Delaquila (34), Bennington, VT – Possession of 50g or less of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Disorderly Conduct
Edmond G. Pastore (53), Pleasantville, NJ – Contempt of Court
Charles Guhr, III (57), Cape May – DWI
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
