Lower Township Police Handle 688 Calls, Nov. 2-8

ERMA — During the week of Sunday, Nov. 2 to Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008 Lower Township Police responded to and/or initiated 688 calls for service averaging over 98 calls per day.
The following is a brief rundown of calls for service and reported incidents that police responded to during the week.
Nov. 02, 2008:
Drunk Driver Arrested: 12:26 am Bayshore Road, North Cape May, released with a court date.
Disorderly Conduct: 1:03 am Bayshore Road, North Cape May physical altercation with 2 subjects.
Harassment: 1:12 am W. Pacific Ave., Villas, victim receiving harassing text messages.
Disorderly Conduct: 1:53 am Whittier Ave, North Cape May, juveniles smashing pumpkins.
Disorderly Conduct: 2:35 am Sunnyside Dr., North Cape May, juveniles smashing pumpkins.
Disorderly Conduct: 8:28 am Apple Blossom Dr., North Cape May, gazebo was knocked over
Theft: 9:05 am Bayshore Road, Villas, chainsaw and work boots were stolen.
Rescue Call: 11:27 am Lake Dr., Shawcrest, Police and Rescue responded for cardiac emergency.
Harassment: 12:31 pm Lennox Ave., Fishing Creek, victim being harassed by telephone.
Theft: 2:04 pm Shore Dr., Villas, Sony laptop was stolen.
Trespassing: 2:15 pm Seashore Bridge Road, Cold Springs, dirt bikes on private property.
Warrant Arrest: 3:57 pm Trotter Way, Erma, subject taken to County Jail.
Rescue Call: 4:26 pm Town Bank Road, North Cape May, Police and Rescue responded for shortness of breath.
Disorderly Conduct: 8:26 pm Alabama Ave., Villas, two males and one female in a physical altercation.
Disorderly Conduct: 10:27 pm Bayshore Road, Villas, juveniles causing a disturbance.
Nov. 03, 2008:
Rescue Call: 12:53 am Town Bank Road, North Cape May, Police and Rescue responded for fall victim.
Disorderly Conduct: 1:23 am Bayshore Road, North Cape May, customer causing a disturbance.
Criminal Mischief: 6:56 am Seashore Road, Erma, several chairs were broken.
Disorderly Conduct: 7:07 am Willow Dr., North Cape May, disturbance between family members.
Criminal Mischief: 7:42 am Seashore Road, Erma, damage done to their fence.
Disorderly Conduct: 8:47 am Seashore Road, Erma, customer causing a disturbance.
Assault: 10:10 am Route 9, Erma, victim was assaulted, charges filed.
Assault: 10:12 am Route 9, Erma, victim was assaulted, charges filed.
Domestic Violence: 11:52 am Willow Dr., North Cape May, disturbance between family members.
Fraud: 3:34 pm E. Virginia Ave., Villas, victim paid for an item he never received.
Rescue Call: 4:30 pm Beach Dr, North Cape May, Police and Rescue responded for fall victim.
Fire Call: 5:19 pm Shore Dr., North Cape May, fire alarm, Police and Town Bank Fire responded.
Narcotics Arrest: 5:24 pm W. Drumbed Road, Villas, possession of CDS, charges filed.
Trespassing: 8:09 pm Seashore Road, Erma, subject on private property.
Domestic Violence: 9:03 pm Linda Anne Ave., North Cape May, victim applied for a TRO, TRO was granted.
Disorderly Conduct: 9:20 pm E. Tampa Ave., Villas, subject throwing items at a house.Nov. 04, 2008:
Trespassing: 8:52 am Bayshore Road, North Cape May, subject on private property.
Fraud: 11:16 am Linda Anne Ave., North Cape May, subject received a phone call and stated they won the lottery.
Rescue Call: 11:09 am Breakwater Place, North Cape May, Police and Rescue responded for disoriented subject.
Rescue Call: 11:32 am Town Bank Road, North Cape May, Police and Rescue responded for shortness of breath.
Trespassing: 2:27 pm Bayshore Road, North Cape May, subjects on private property.
Fire Call: 4:18 pm Breakwater Rd, North Cape May, structure fire, Police and Town Bank, Erma, and Villas Fire responded.
Domestic Violence: 5:39 pm Bayshore Road, Villas, victim applied for a TRO, TRO was granted.
Disorderly Conduct: 5:58 pm Maryland Ave., Villas, argument between husband and wife.
Harassment: 6:42 pm Orchard Dr., North Cape May victim being harassed by the neighbor.
Fire Call: 7:27 pm E. Florida Ave., Villas, tree on fire, Police and Villas Fire responded.
Disorderly Conduct: 8:55 pm Bayshore Road, North Cape May, male subject causing a disturbance.
Nov. 05, 2008:

Disorderly Conduct: 12:39 am Mulligan Field, Villas, erratic driver going up and down street.
Drunk Driver Arrested: 12:44 am E. Delaware Pkwy, Villas, released with a court date.
Domestic Violence: 2:52 am Bayshore Road, N North Cape May, disturbance between male and female.
Rescue Call: 6:03 am Barbara Terrace, North Cape May, Police and Rescue responded for shortness of breath.
Disorderly Conduct: 3:43 pm Hollywood Ave., Villas, two subjects yelling at each other.
Disorderly Conduct: 4:53 pm Hollywood Ave., Villas, disturbance between family members.

Obstruction Arrest: 12:36 am Arizona Ave., Villas, subject obstructing a police investigation, charges filed.
Disorderly Conduct: 12:38 am Whittier Ave., North Cape May, juveniles smashing pumpkins.
Narcotics Arrest: 1:47 am Maple Road, Villas, possession of syringes, charges filed.
Rescue Call: 6:43 am Washington Blvd., North Cape May, Police and Rescue responded for shortness of breath.
Criminal Mischief: 7:44 am Holmes Ave., North Cape May, damage done to their motor vehicle.

Robbery: 11:56 pm Holmes Ave., North Cape May, residence was entered by two armed men.
