ERMA — From Nov. 23-29, 2008, Lower Township Police Department responded to and/or initiated 689 calls for service averaging over 98 calls per day.
The following is a brief rundown of calls for service and reported incidents that police responded to during the week.
NOVEMBER 23, 2008:
Disorderly Conduct: 12:45 am Briarwood Dr., Erma, report of a loud party.
Disorderly Conduct: 2:34 am Bayshore Rd., Villas, unruly customer.
Burglary: 5:39 am Widgeon Way, N.C.M., Subject kicked open door, charges filed.
Disorderly Conduct: 6:21 pm Maple Rd., Villas, two subjects fighting.
Disorderly Conduct: 6:41 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, unruly crowd.
Fire Call: 7:58 pm Cove Dr., N.C.M., smell of natural gas, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Fraud: 9:59 pm E. Florida Ave., Villas, possible Internet fraud.
Disorderly Conduct: 9:41 pm Shadeland Ave., Villas, intoxicated female in the area.
Theft: 11:50 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., keys and money stolen.
NOVEMBER 24, 2008:
Rescue Call: 12:44 am E. Wilde Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for an unconscious person.
Rescue Call: 2:48 am Seashore Rd., Erma, Police & Rescue responded for shortness of breath.
Rescue Call: 6:47 am Shunpike Rd., Erma, Police & Rescue responded for subject choking.
Trespassing: 10:35 am Lawnside Rd., Town Bank, subject on private property.
Fire Call: 10:36 am Keyport Rd., N.C.M., gas stove malfunctioning, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Rescue Call: 12:17 pm Schellengers Landing Rd., Cold Springs Police & Rescue responded for seizures.
Warrant Arrest: 2:15 pm Old Mill Dr., N.C.M., subject released on bail with a court date.
Rescue Call: 4:17 pm E. Florida Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for an unconscious person.
Fire Call: 5:38 pm Cove Dr., N.C.M., smell of natural gas, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Disorderly Conduct: 5:51 pm Tower View Rd., Erma, two subjects arguing.
Rescue Call: 7:50 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., Police & Rescue responded for a disoriented person.
Criminal Mischief: 7:58 pm Carolina Ave., Villas, damage done to their front door.
Warrant Arrest: 8:15 pm E. Pacific Ave., Villas, subject taken to County Jail.
Disorderly Conduct: 8:43 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., irate customer.
NOVEMBER 25, 2008:
Domestic Violence: 2:42 am Delaware Ave., Villas, victim assaulted, charges filed.
Theft: 7:35 am Willow Dr., Erma, items stolen out of a motor vehicle.
Criminal Mischief: 9:15 am Pennsylvania Ave., Villas, damage done to their motor vehicle.
Criminal Mischief: 9:34 am Fire La., N.C.M., tires slashed on their motor vehicle.
Warrant Arrest: 9:52 am Breakwater Rd., Erma, subject taken to County Jail.
Warrant Arrest: 11:16 am Breakwater Rd., Erma, subject taken to County Jail.
Warrant Arrest: 12:03 pm Vermont Ave., Villas, subject released on bail with a court date.
Disorderly Conduct: 1:11 pm Englewood Rd., N.C.M., argument between brother and sister.
Theft: 4:28 pm Route 9, Erma, items stolen out of a motor vehicle.
Domestic Violence: 4:30 pm Evergreen Ave., Villas, victim being harassed.
Burglary: 4:46 pm Texas Ave., Villas, residence entered and several items taken.
Domestic Violence: 5:32 pm E. Pacific Ave., Villas, victim assaulted, charges filed.
Rescue Call: 5:49 pm Village Rd., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for an unconscious person.
Domestic Violence: 9:09 pm Ridgewood Ave., Villas, victim being harassed.
Rescue Call: 9:43 pm Barbara Terrace, N.C.M., Police & Rescue responded for shortness of breath.
Fraud: 10:49 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, business received a counterfeit five dollar bill.
NOVEMBER 26, 2008:
Fire Call: 10:54 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., propane gas leak, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Warrant Arrest: 1:51 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., subject released on bail with a court date.
Disorderly Conduct: 2:16 pm Town Bank Rd., N.C.M., juveniles causing traffic problems.
Narcotics Arrest: 5:39 pm Vermont Ave., Villas, possession of CDS, charges filed.
Disorderly Conduct: 5:23 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., juveniles causing traffic problems.
Theft: 6:05 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, bicycle was stolen.
Harassment: 6:08 pm Orchard Dr., N.C.M., verbal harassment, charges filed.
Theft: 6:14 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, bicycle was stolen.
NOVEMBER 27, 2008:
Warrant Arrest: 12:58 am Garfield Ave., Villas, subject taken to County Jail.
Hindering Apprehension: 12:58 am Garfield Ave., Villas, subject charged with giving false name.
Rescue Call: 2:37 am Spring La., Cold Springs, Police & Rescue responded for shortness of breath and chest pains.
Domestic Violence: 4:08 am Sheppard Ave., N.C.M., altercation between two subjects.
Drunk Driver Arrested: 3:01 pm W. Rio Grande Ave., Shawcrest, released with a court date.
Disorderly Conduct: 8:05 pm Ludlam Dr., Erma, disagreement between neighbors.
Fire Call: 6:48 pm Sunnyside Dr., N.C.M., leaves on fire, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Domestic Violence: 8:31 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., altercation between two subjects.
Aggravated Assault: 8:38 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., police officer assaulted, charges filed.
Disorderly Conduct: 9:05 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., disagreement between two subjects.

Burglary: 7:26 am Ranger Rd., Erma, garage door forced open and item stolen.
Harassment: 8:26 am Ludlam Dr., Erma, verbal harassment by telephone.
Theft: 11:40 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., subject caught shoplifting.

Disorderly Conduct: 1:23 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., a lot of yelling between two subjects.
Assault: 3:17 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., victim states she was assaulted.
Disorderly Conduct: 3:36 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., subject arrested for disorderly conduct.
Obstruction & Resisting: 3:36 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., subject resisted arrest, charges filed.
Harassment: 5:50 am Miller Ave., N.C.M., subject being harassed by telephone.
