Lower Township Municipal Court Dispositons

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Heather Blair, 25, of Rio Grande, fail to exhibit drivers license. $214 fine and costs.
Amanda Bryan, 21, of Villas, noise disturbance, $533 fine and costs.
Donna Cirrinicione, 53, of Cape May, obstructing/interfering with passage of other vehicles; fail to report accident. $228 fine and costs.
Daniel Doherty Jr., 25, Erma, unlicensed driver. $114 fine and costs.
Erin Purvis, 30, of Villas, fail to stop or yield. $139 fine and costs.
Ryan Walsh, 22, of Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Brian Thompson, 23, of Whitesboro, driving while suspended, $814 fine and costs, 30 days drivers’ license revocation, one day Cape May County Jail.
Patrick Cassidy, 38, of Villas, driving while intoxicated; driving while suspended. $1,203 fine and costs; eight months, 30 days drivers license revocation concurrent.
Alvin Fernandez, 24, driving while suspended; hindering apprehension. $1,147 fine and costs; 15 days drivers license revocation.
