Lower Township Municipal Court Dispositons

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Aaron Corley, 19, Villas, uninsured vehicle. $339 fine and costs; one year drivers license revocation.
Nancy Ellison, 40, Glenolden, Pa., open container of an alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle. $239 fine and costs.
Joshua Gehringer, 36, Wildwood Crest, driving while intoxicated; refusal to submit to breath test. $1,053 fine and costs; 10 months drivers license revocation.
William Jeffery, 32, North Wildwood, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Maria Walters, 44, North Cape May, unsafe driving, $339 fine and costs.
Brian Laffey, 26, Villas, unsafe window glazing; failure to inspect moor vehicle. $228 fine and costs.
Brenda Sykes, 30, North Cape May, speeding; driving while suspended. $928 fine and costs; 30 days drivers license suspension.
John Angier, 65, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Robert Farrell, 80, Court House, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs w/civil reservation.
Holly Sockriter, 37, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
John R. Taylor, 41, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated. $1,334 fine and costs; 10 years, drivers license revocation, 180 days jail.
Jessica Brannon, 26, Court House, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Richard Czekaj Jr., 42, Lower Township, simple assault. $358 fine and costs.
David Rementer, 24, Villas, driving while suspended; uninsured vehicle $1,572 fine and costs; two years, 30 days drivers license revocation; 10 days jail.
Christopher Volpe, 26, Erma, driving while intoxicated; fail to submit to breath test; $1,053 fine and costs; seven months, three months (consecutively) drivers license suspension.
William Lowe, 24, Erma, driving while suspended. $539 fine and costs; one year, drivers license revocation; 10 days jail.
