Lower Township Municipal Court Dispositions

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Joseph Salladino, 31, Villas, fail to exhibit documents. $189 fine and costs.
Robert Claxton J., 43, North Cape May, unregistered vehicle. $87 fine and costs.
Donna Tweed, 50, Rio Grande, careless driving; unsafe driving. $278 fine and costs.
Nicholas Genovese, 18, North Cape May, careless driving. $239 fine and costs

Michael Hart, 19, North Cape May, simple assault.. $608 fine and costs; enter domestic violence program.
Andrew Hazlett, 19, Ocean City, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Robert Hopkins, 40, Villas, fail to exhibit documents. $189 fine and costs.
Edwin Heide II, 53, of Villas, fail to report accident; reckless driving. $328 fine and costs.
Rashonya Miles, 44, Wildwood, harassment. $358 fine and costs.
Benjamin Rosenz-weig, 19, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Gary Schmidt, 44, Seaville, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Jessica Schultz, 20, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Amy Tucci, 34, Villas, unsafe driving. $439 fine and costs.
John Young, 19, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Luke Schulingcamp, 28, unsafe driving; fail to exhibit drivers license. $628 fine and costs.
Charles Molino Jr., 29, Erma, driving while intoxicated; leaving scene of accident. $903 fine and costs; seven months and six months drivers license suspension.
