Lower Township Municipal Court Dispositions

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Mark Delano, 24, serving alcoholic beverages to a minor. $658 fine and costs; 30 days jail suspended.
Patricia Dever, 40, of North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Edward Feeley, 20, Turnersville, fail to exhibit drivers license, $214 fine and costs.
Robert Montgomery, 50, Boca Raton, Florida, uninsured motor vehicle. $339 fine and costs; one year drivers license revocation. $339 fine and costs.
Mary Mullen, 18, Cape May, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Mark Schmolze Jr., 28, driving while suspended. $539 fine and costs; 30 days drivers license suspension.
Jennifer Carducci, 25, Erma, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Joseph DeJames Jr., 44, Villas, driving while intoxicated; refusal to submit to breath test. $2,503 fine and costs; 20 years drivers license revocation, 30 days jail.
Kathryn Hegarty, 25, Del Haven, speeding. $139 fine and costs.
Jeffrey Thompson, 21, Sea Isle City, unsafe driving. $439 fine and costs.
Terry Coste, 52, Wildwood, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drivers license revocation.
Barbie Coyle, 45, Villas, driving while suspended, uninsured motor vehicle. $878 fine and costs; one year 30 days drivers license suspension; one day community service.
David Schellinger 42, Erma, simple assault, driving while intoxicated. $158 fine and costs. $158 fine and costs; 39 days jail, CFTS,
David Collins, 45, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license suspension.
