Lower Township Municipal Court Dispositions 7.29.09

ERMA — Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Rory Carroll, 20, of Yaphank, N.Y., speeding: $89 fine and costs.
Geoffrey Christmas, 27, of Riverton, unsafe driving: $339 fine and costs.
Francisco Deoliveira, 54, of Court House, careless driving: $139 fine and costs.
Gabrielle Dougan, 18, of North Cape May, careless driving: $89 fine and costs.
Andrew Jones, 24, of Villas, unsafe driving: $339 fine and costs.
Susan Kang, 49, of Cape May, unsafe driving, $339 fine and costs.
Marie Macedo, 42, of Villas, speeding: $114 fine and costs. Habitually barking dogs, $258 fine and costs.
William McCullen III, 35, of Burleigh, unsafe driving: $339 fine and costs.
Phillip Rozanski, 31, of Town Bank, simple assault: $358 fine and costs.
Donna Cirrinicione, 53, of Cape May, unsafe driving; $389 fine and costs.
Steven Cubberley, 49, of North Wildwood, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Cynthia Dickinson, 39, of Cape May, unsafe driving; $389 fine and costs.
Constance Felicetti, 66, of Villas. unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Robert Wilson. 49, of Villas, driving while suspended. $789 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation; one day county jail.
Alyssa Garcia, 20, of Woodbine, speeding: $139 fine and costs.
Nora McGee, 67, of Villas, unsafe driving: $339 fine and costs.
Trevor Cannon, 18, of Scotch Plains, permitting noisy conduct: $433 fine and costs.
Jeffrey Kelehan, 50, of Cape May, driving while intoxicated: $764 fine and costs, 12 months driver’s license revocation.
Brian Matthews, 31, of Cape May, failure to wear seatbelt, $89 fine and costs. Driving while suspended: $789 fine and costs, 60 days driver’s license revocation, one day in jail.
Melissa Ruffing, 27, of Villas, shoplifting, $358 fine and costs. Have no contact with Acme for one year.
