ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Michael E. Williams, 29, of Villas, shoplifting. $125 fine and costs.
W. Scott Benekam, 52, Parkesburg, Pa., speeding. $189 fine and costs.
Kathleen Hopkins, 45, of Villas, unlawfully loaning motor vehicle; allowing unlicensed driver to operate. $239 fine and costs.
Vance Broadnax, 52, of Philadelphia, speeding, careless driving. $478 fine and costs.
Julianne Jacob, 18, North Cape May, obstructing/interfering w/passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
David Lewis, 18, Rio Grande, obstructing-interfering w/passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Kimberly Sloan-Calla-han, 37, North Cape May unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Joseph Thomas, 57, Erma, fail to exhibit divers license. $189 fine and costs.
Edward Degnan, 73, of North Wildwood, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Melissa Hemmingway, 31, of Erma, driving while suspended. $539 fine and costs.
Christine O’Leary, Wilmington, Del. Unsafe driving, $339 fine and costs.
Eric Chester, 22, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
