ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
James Carr, 49, Erma, harassment. $508 fine and costs.
Tina Kennedy, Villas, truancy, $250 fine suspended; $158 fine and costs. Condition: child must attend every day.
Helen Heany, 39, Philadelphia, fail to wear seat belt; fail to exhibit documents. $258 fine and costs.
Theresa Logan, 46, Villas, unsafe diving. $339 fine and costs.
Shawn Miller, 32, Villas, driving while suspended. $1,059 fine and costs; six months drivers license suspension; 10 days jail.
Maryann Murray, 48, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license; fail to wear seatbelt. $268 fine and costs.
Leonard Sanfilippo, 25, Court House, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Kathryn Cherry, 20, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $214 fine and costs.
John Schultz, 50, North Cape May, diving while intoxicated; refusal to submit to breath test. $1,303 fine and costs; two years, seven months drives license suspension; 30 days community service.
Davionne Graves, 20, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and coss; three month s drives lcense revocation.
John Styer, 20, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine anda costs.
