Lower Township Municipal Court Dispositions – 6-19

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Julia Demtshuk, 20, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Donald Dokulil, 53, Villas, unsafe driving. $439 fine and costs.
John Henry, 58, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $439 fine and costs.
Maria Pearson, 25, Del Haven, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Theodore Vandemark III, 28, Millville, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Mark Voorhees, 37, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Frederick Bushman, 33, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated; fail to report accident. $803 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Jeffrey Bush, North Cape May, driving while suspended; possession of drug paraphernalia. $2,147 fine and costs; 12 months drivers license revocation.
Gary Doherty, 45, Philadelphia, careless driving.
Dorothy Graham, 81, of Court House, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Lisa Fox, 45, Warrington, Pa., careless driving, fail to report accident. $278 fine and costs.
Devon Kopp, 19, Cape May, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
April Brooks, 19, Del Haven, driving while suspended. $539 fine and costs; 10 days drivers license revocation.
Irene Thompson, 79, Lansdowne, Pa., careless driving; fail to report accident. $228 fine and costs w/civil reservation.
Kari Brooks, 25, North Cape May, driving while suspended; unregistered vehicle. $628 fine and costs; 30 days drivers license revocation.
Aaron Corley, 19, Villas, driving while suspended. $1,039 fine and costs; 60 days drivers license revocation; 20 days jail.
Sarah Spence, 19, North Cape May, unlicensed driver; unsafe driving. $618 fine and costs.
