ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Kathryn Garcia, 25, of St. Louis, Mo., fail to give proper signal for turn or other movement. $139 fine and costs.
Judith Maloney, 63, of Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Andrew Marcy, 18, North Cape May, criminal trespass. $233 fine and costs.
Samuel Martin, 40, Salisbury, Md., careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Darlene Olszewski, unsafe driving, fail to exhibit insurance card. $578 fine and costs.
Crystal Brown, 22, Little Egg Harbor, consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle. $239 fine and costs.
Francis Conroy, 75, of Springfield, Pa., unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Mary Daisey, 38, of Erma, fail to wear seat belt. $69 fine and costs.
Stephanie Dugan, 18, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Kathleen Dougherty, 21, North Cape May, improper passing, unsafe driving. $528 fine and costs.
Steven Schuster, 43, of Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Diane Snyder, 42, of Wildwood, unsafe diving. $389 fine and costs.
Jason Wagner, 25, of North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license; fail to wear seat belt. $278 fine and costs.
William Williams, 44, of Newark, touring privileges of non-residents. $189 fine and costs.
Robert Chew, Jr., 30, of Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Kevin Day, 31, of Fishing Creek, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
