Lower Township Municipal Court -9-9

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Lonnie Bedell III 28, North Cape May, simple assault. $458 fine and costs; enroll in domestic violence program.
Kaitlyn Beers, 22, Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Jennifer Carpenter, 25, Villas, obstructing-interfering w/passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Daniel Fazen, 19, Woodbine, unregistered vehicle $78 fine and costs.
Jonathan Hunke, 23, Cape May, careless driving. $189 fine and costs.
Kellen Outlaw, 27, Wildwood, driving while suspended. $1,039 fine and costs; six months drivers license suspension; 10 days jail.
Manuel Serra, 40, Villas, fail to exhibit insurance card; unregistered vehicle. $267 fine and costs.
Sean Stone, 20, Villas, disorderly conduct. $358 fine and costs;
Damian Williams, 24, Villas, permitting noise and disorderly conduct. $1,033 fine and costs.
Jesse Markley, 22, Cape May, leaving scene of accident. $239 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
James Pruszinski, 37, Erma, obstruction of justice. $358 fine and costs w/civil reservation.
Jordan Colt, 67, North Cape May, unlicensed driver; fail to report accident. $368 fine and costs.
Diane Copson, 38, Villas, fail to exhibit insurance card. $214 fine and costs.
Deborah Houchins, 57, Wildwood Crest, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drivers license revocation; 30 days community service.
Greg Williams, 18, Villas, leaving scene of accident; unlicensed driver. $478 fine and costs; 12 months drivers license revocation.
