Lower Township Municipal Court -8-26

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Jeffery Edonick, 31, Lansdowne, Pa., fail to exhibit drivers license.
Catherine Jones, 18, Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Joseph Kelly IV, Villas, driving while suspended; fail to exhibit insurance card. $728 fine and costs; 10 days drivers license suspension.
Julie Lauriello, 50, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Jessica Plumley, 22, Villas, fail to stop or yield. $139 fine and costs.
Scott Wiltshire, 43, Villas, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Robert Corliss Sr., 39, Erma, simple assault. $508 fine and costs; family counseling.
Gary Carroll, 52, Del Haven, unclear plates; driving while suspended. $628 fine and costs; 20 days drives license revocation.
Jeffrey Gay, 53, of Villas, unsafe diving. $389 fine and costs w/civil reservation.
Ashley Grant, 18, Court House, unsafe driving; uninsured moped; uninsured motorbike. $647 fine and costs.
Paul Newell, 79, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs w/civil reservation.
