ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
William Rambo, 21, North Cape May, unsafe driving, $389 fine and costs.
William Almodovar, 61, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years, 30 days drivers license revocation.
John Oxley, 58, Cape May, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Roy Cummings, Plumstead, Pa., fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Allison Hopkins, 49, Villas, speeding. $139 fine and costs.
Frances Montesano, 49, Villas, failure to observe signal. $389 fine and costs.
Xue Chen, 39, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs w/civil reservation.
William Faulls, 43, Blackwood, driving while intoxicated. $581 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation.
Erin McNulty, 32, Villas, fail to exhibit insurance cards. $189 fine and costs.
Joseph Hoffman, 69, North Cape May, simple assault (two counts), driving while intoxicated. $516 fine and costs; six months county jail w/no contact w/victim; six months county jail then transfer directly to Inpatient Substance Abuse facility; 59 days community service concurrent w/county jail.
Raymond Middleton, 19, Villas, terroristic threats; $408 fine and costs; 90 days jail suspended w/no contact w/victim and no contact w/LT Rec Centers.
Nicaury Suriel, 30, Villas, simple assault. $458 fine and costs; enroll in DVP complete on timely basis or Anger Management Program.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
