Lower Township Municipal Court -10-28

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Timothy Donnelly, 22, Villas, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Erica Frangione, 53, Keasbey, failure to stop or yield. $139 fine and costs.
Robert Howey, 34, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Danielle Sprague, 29, Rio Grande, fail to exhibit drivers license, $189 fine and costs.
Victoria Stackhouse, 19, Villas, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Lora Streeper, 44, Feasterville, Pa., driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; 12 months drivers license revocation.
Kenneth Torelli Jr., 24, North Wildwood, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Roy Boatman, 32, Cape May, driving while intoxicated. $764 fine and costs; nine months drivers license revocation.
Erik Bradway, 26, Salem, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Kevin Murphy, 32, North Cape May, noise violation. $533 fine and costs.
Daniel Hodgins, 22, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated; leaving scene of accident. $963 fine and costs; 13 months drivers license revocation.
Shane Tincher, 28, Villas, shoplifting, simple assault. $816 fine and costs; 30 days jail; credit for time served.
Sherri Leidy, 34, North Cape May, fail to submit to breath test. $439 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
