Lower Township Municipal Court -10-14

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Elizabeth Magaziner, 51, Wildwood, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs.
John Gamble VI, 26, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license.
Brendan Glinecke, 18, North Cape May, fail to wear seatbelt; fail to exhibit registration. $367 fine and costs.
Michael Grasso, 35, Los Angeles, Calif., careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Margaret Lehner, 51, Villas, careless driving $139 fine and costs.
Adele Marks, 20, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Keith Smith, 37, Rio Grande, fail to exhibit divers license. $189 fine and costs.
Richard Steel, 32, Villas, driving while suspended, improper turns. $1,128 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation; 20 days county jail.
John Yeager, 38, Del Haven, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Joseph Messina, 63, North Cape May, refusal to submit to breath test. $1,039 fine and costs; 10 years drivers license revocation.
Nicholas Burres, 21, Elkton, Fla., driving while suspended. $1,033 fine and costs; 30 days drivers license revocation; one year enhancement, 10 days county jail.
Robin Gredone, 45, Villas, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, $955 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
Megan Larkin, 37, Villas, maintaining a nuisance/disorderly household. $533 fine and costs.
Lauren Tillotson, 26, of Villas, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Michael Byrne, Jr., North Cape May, reckless endangerment/ disorderly conduct (two charges) $816 fine and costs.
Joseph Erceg, 64, of Bradentown, Fla., obstructing. Interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Jay Hoffman, 54, New York, NY, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Michael Perry, 20, Villas, noise disturbance. $ 433 fine and costs; $400 restitution.
Tim Suttera, 40, Fishing Creek, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Marcial Valle, 21, Wildwood, unlicensed driver; careless driving. $368 fine and costs.
