Lower Township Municipal Court -1-6

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Jeffrey Stanton, 35, Villas, habitually barking dog. $133 fine and costs.
David Coleman, 44, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Ashley Doenlen, 25, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Wendy Morrison, 48, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Shawn Scheuermann, 31, Rio Grande, unsafe driving, fail to exhibit insurance card. $528 fine and costs.
Robert Glantz, 54, Midland Park, fail to report an accident, careless driving. $278 fine and costs.
Daniel Jacoby, 20, Cold Spring, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drives license suspension.
