ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
George Richards, 52, Villas, visibility of lamps. $69 fine and costs.
Monica Coley, 30, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $89 fine and costs.
Erica Cook, 21, North Cape May, leaving scene of accident. $439 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
Heather Garrison, 27, North Wildwood, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Rachael Kessler, 22, Villas, fail to exhibit registration. $166 fine and costs.
Sean Porter, 18, Villas, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Matt Donnelly, 21, Villas, noise disturbance, maintenance of lamps, unsafe driving. $1,061 fine and costs.
Kathleen Quinn, 29, Court House, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Andrea Saggese 22, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Steven Soto, 31, North Wildwood, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Joshua Sterling, 22, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs

E. J. Trimboli, 46, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Wilson Crespo, 52, Villas, driving while suspended. $1,039 fine and costs; 30 days drives license suspension; 10 days county jail (program alternative).
Stella Kovacs, 68, Villas, throwing debris from vehicle. $89 fine and costs.
Justin Freeling, 21, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated, leaving scene of accident. $903 fine and costs; 13 months drivers license revocation.
William Murray, 21, Villas, noise disturbance. $833 fine and costs.
Daniel Torres, Jr., 24, Villas, unlicensed driver. $229 fine and costs.
Sean Eckel, 18, Villas, speeding. $139 fine and costs,
Jeffrey Fendt, 25, North Cape May, noise violation. $458 fine and costs.
Joanne Gorman, 28, Villas, driving while suspended. $1,039 fine and costs; six months drivers license suspension; 40 days county jail.
Nelson Roque, 37, Erma, habitually barking dog. $83 fine and costs.
Jane Shaw, 58, Villas, driving while suspended. $539 fine and costs; 10 days drivers license suspension.
Steven Gourley, 48, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Robert Connell, 66, Philadelphia, driving while intoxicated; refusal to submit to breath test. $1,058 fine and costs; 10 months drivers license revocation, 24 hours IDRC.
Margaret Mazzotta, 61, Villas, driving while intoxicated (two counts): $ 1,478 fine and costs; two years, three months drivers license revocation; 39 days community service, IDRC.
