March 30:
Report of arson received at 11:46 a.m. in the area of Fulling Mill Road and the airport runways, Villas. While officers were investigating they found a Ford pick-up truck that was heavily consumed by fire. Vehicle has been there for quite a while and identification of the vehicle’s owner may not be possible due to extent of damage.
Report of a warrant arrest at 3:47 p.m. in the area of Langs and Mowery avenues, Villas. Subject was placed under arrest for several warrants; subject was processed and transported to county jail.
Report of a warrant arrest at 4:54 p.m. in the area of Tabernacle Road and Golden Rod Court, Erma. Subject was placed under arrest for a warrant after a motor vehicle stop; subject was processed and transported to county jail.
Report of a warrant arrest at 5:11 p.m. in the 1300 block of Langley Road, Erma. Subject was placed under arrest for a warrant; subject was processed and released on bail.
Report of an attempted suicide received at 5:24 p.m. in the 200 block of Ludlam Drive, Erma. Upon police arrival, they were advised a subject intentionally took over 20 of his prescription Xanax and he was passed out. Subject was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center.
Report of theft received at 5:44 p.m. in the 200 block of Willow Drive, North Cape May. A cab driver reported driving a customer from Philadelphia to North Cape May and the subject is refusing to pay. Charges were filed against the actor for theft of services and were released to a family member.
Report of a attempted suicide received at 6:07 p.m. in the first block of Croyden Drive, North Cape May. Police were advised a subject stated he was going to kill himself with a firearm, subject agreed to seek help and was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center.
March 31:
Report of criminal mischief received at 10:56 a.m. in the 3900 block of Bayshore Road, North Cape May. On two separate nights, the victim had both his vehicles egged. There was no permanent damage, investigation continues.
Report of criminal mischief received at 11:57 a.m. in the 1000 block of Seashore Road, Erma. Damage done to a mailbox and a fence, investigation continues.
Report of harassment received at 1:40 p.m. in the 100 block of Cedardale Avenue, Villas. The reporting party is receiving harassing phone calls. No complaints at this time.
Report of a burglary received at 3:25 p.m. in the 100 block of Vermont Avenue, Villas; forced entry was made to a side door of a garage, investigation continues.
Report of harassment received at 3:49 p.m. in the 100 block of Orchard Drive, North Cape May, reports she is being harassed by a neighbor, no complaints at this time.
Report of a warrant arrest at 4:22 p.m. in the 2100 block of Bayshore Road, Villas. Subject was placed under arrest for several warrants; subject was processed and transported to county jail.
Report of theft received at 4:57 p.m. in the first block of Oak Avenue, Villas. Report of items stolen from a motor vehicle, investigation continues.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 6:33 p.m. in the first block of Wildwood Avenue, Villas. Upon officer’s arrival there was a group of juveniles horsing around, they were moved on, no complaints at this time.
Report of trespassing received at 7:38 p.m. in the 100 block of Sheridan Drive, Erma. Upon police arrival they were advised the subject was gone and the complainant will call if the subject returns, investigation continues.
April 1:
Report of fraud received at 12:06 p.m. in the 1200 block of Bayshore Road, Villas. Officer was advised the victim received a check that was returned for insufficient funds, the actor was contacted and will make good for the bad check. No complaints at this time.
Report of trespassing received at 8:16 p.m. in the 100 block of East Pacific Avenue, Villas. Upon police arrival, they were advised the same subject continues to climb over his back fence after being told not to do so several times, complaints were signed for trespassing and the actor was served with complaint.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 10:43 p.m. in the 700 block of Gordon Terrace, North Cape May. Upon officer’s arrival there was an argument between family members, problem was handled between the family, no complaints were filed.
April 2:
Report of harassment received at 4:01 p.m. in the first block of East Weber Avenue, Villas. Reporting party was being verbally harassed, and police spoke to both subjects. No complaints at this time.
Report of a suspicious person received at 5:31 p.m. in the 1600 block of Bayshore Road, Villas. Subject appeared to be intoxicated, a family member was notified and the family member took the subject home.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 5:33 p.m. in the 3700 block of Bayshore Road, North Cape May. Reporting party stated there were juveniles being disorderly, upon officers arrival the juveniles were gone, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 7:14 p.m. in the 300 block of East Pacific Avenue, Villas. Reporting party stated there were juveniles being disorderly yelling in her window; upon officers arrival, the juveniles were gone, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 7:36 p.m. in the 100 block of West New Jersey Avenue, Villas. Reporting party stated there were juveniles being disorderly knocking on her door; upon the officers arrival the juvenile was spoken with and taken home to his parents, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 9:39 p.m. in the 1900 block of Bayshore Road, Villas. Reporting party stated there was juveniles being disorderly and breaking bottles in the rear of the building, upon officers arrival the juveniles were gone, no complaints at this time.
April 3:
Domestic violence complaint received at 4:11 a.m. in the 200 block of West Delaware Parkway, Villas. Victim stated her boyfriend was fighting with her, complaints were signed for burglary and criminal mischief; subject was arrested and also served with a TRO which was granted by Judge Birchmeier. Actor was processed and taken to county jail with bail set at $25,000.
Report of an assault received at 1:11 p.m. in the 600 block of Route 9, Erma, two subjects were fighting, and charges were filed for assault.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 5:50 p.m. in the 100 block of Englewood Road, Town Bank. Police Department received a 9-1-1 hang-up, upon the officers arrival they found two subjects in a heated dispute over house keys, no complaints signed at this time.
Report of a warrant arrest at 8:31 p.m. in the area of Ferry Road and Artic Avenue, North Cape May. Subject was placed under arrest for a warrant after a motor vehicle stop; subject was processed and released after posting bail.
April 4:
Report of disorderly conduct received at 4:19 p.m. in the 800 block of Tower View Road, Erma. There was an ongoing problem between two juveniles, no complaints at this time.
Report of criminal mischief received at 4:41 p.m. in the 3800 block of Bayshore Road, North Cape May. Damage done to a sign, investigation continues.
Report of theft received at 5:56 p.m. in the area of Oreo’s pit located south of Cape May Canal, Cold Spring. Victim said that sometime within the last month about 120 steel plates that tie railroad tracks together were stolen, investigation continues.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 7:24 p.m. at Mulligan Field, Villas. Reporting party stated there were juveniles being disorderly and may start a fight. Upon officer’s arrival, juveniles were moved on, no complaints at this time.

April 5:
Report of trespassing received at 1:36 a.m. in the 200 block of Sheridan Drive, Erma. Upon police arrival, they were advised someone was in her back yard. The actor was the complainant’s son’s friend, no complaints at this time.
